To be booked at the latest 2 days prior to arrival and prepaid by credit card and only directly with the Hotel - limited availability and subject to available Winter Fairytale tickets - In case of a cancellation the tickets and an additional handling fee of CHF 20 per person will be charged in any case. Room cancellations up to 7 days prior to arrival,to avoid a no showcharge of at least one full overnight - only valid for direct bookings with the Hotel either by phone or email.
A city tax of CHF 2.50 per person/night applies.
